The Cat® Power Grid Stabilization Heavy Duty (PGS HD) module is a scalable, rapidly deployable, mobile energy storage system using Lithium Ion batteries, Cat® BDP1000 inverter and Cat® Microgrid controller. The PGS HD integrates with solar or other renewable sources to provide short duration power when the renewable source is not available. The PGS HD also provides reserve power to optimize generator set operation. The system may provide temporary backup power to facilities in the event of a power outage.

The MMC will integrate a variety of traditional and renewable energy sources to provide overall monitoring and control of the assets. These assets may be either located at a common installation or dispatched over a wider region.
Cat® Microgrid Master Controller-Medium (MMC-M)
The Cat® Microgrid Master Controller-Medium (MMC-M) is designed for medium-to-large industrial/ commercial installations. The MMC-M will integrate a variety of traditional and renewable energy sources to provide overall monitoring and control of the assets. These assets may be either located at a common installation or dispatched over a wider region.
